The Savoy

Let me start off by saying everyone that works here is absolutely amazing. They are kind courteous, and I can’t say enough good things about them. With that said, let me move onto my problem. We have been trapped between two apartments for a month and a half. they kept saying it will be ready tomorrow or this will be done Friday and it just turns into weeks. The management here is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. There are multiple vehicles that haven’t been moved in a very long time and there was even people living out of one of the broken cars. While I’m thankful somebody was able to have a roof over their head, it feels like it’s becoming a junkyard. When your dog goes to the bathroom, you pick up the poop and put it in a container, the container gets full and it’s left there

Highly recommend!!! Best apartments I have lived in so far. Office management is fantastic. Kendra is great made the process so easy and she actually cares for her residents!

This place is quiet and clean! 3 minute drive to Walmart for any late night needs. Towing isn't enforced to profit off of resident like some other places I've lived at. I like that there is a pool, gym & basketball court. I like even more that I don't have to pay for a 'membership' to these amenities, like some other communities are starting to do. Finally, as an Amazon Prime member, the office package acceptance service is pretty convenient.

First off, if you have any issues with Sandra and Kendra and the newest maintenance guys, you're probably an individual who is never satisfied and has expectations of getting your way. These individuals go above and beyond for cooperative tenants as myself. They are prompt on orders and concerns. As well, they upgrade all over, and that's excellent for my 4-legged boy. We appreciate your care

Once again the staff at Savoy Apartments stepped up to the plate. I want to thank Kyndra and our maintience staff for swiftly assisting with a lock change. What was tentatively set for August 7th was taken care of 3 days earlier than planned. The team at Savoy are amazing and I am so happy and content with choosing this complex as my new residence.
