The Savaris Group - Community Association Management

Called us on a Friday at 5pm to give them an estimate on a community. We answered the call and told them we would have a bid for them by Monday. We went out on a Sunday to look at the property. Emailed proposal and detailed pictures and sent early Monday morning. 0 response back on email after 3 days. Doesn’t answer phone calls simply just to confirm them receiving the email. It’s been over a month and half now. We work for many management companies. But this one is a no go for us. Very unprofessional of them to waste our time.

Very difficult to get a hold of and then no follow up once you do. Have sent multiple emails to email address provided on website without response, as well as a voicemail not returned. The one time I did speak to someone about addressing the same issue I'd sent the above messages about; I was told I would be called back the following day when the correct person was in the office, and have yet to receive a call. I have made multiple attempts since then to call back and have received a busy signal every time. It has been a very frustrating transition to say the least since this group has taken over management of our HOA.

Christopher A. Desrochers, Very unprofessional , disrespectful,rude ,brutal … all he’s doing its scamming homeowners with all kind of fees . I was in his office today . Hope the camera in your waiting area is working. Review it Sept 21 at 3 15 to 3 20 pm , you should be ashamed of yourself . No respect for your Client , no respect for your employee (Helen L ) , Your typo is your mistake if you corrected with an ink ,You should know to sign it or initial it (don’t you practice law) . Stop scamming homeowners, respect your profession, …. Have some respect for others. Hope your wife n kids sees this and ask your about it.Tell the truth , Hope people see who you really are and stop using your service .

Had a great experience with The Savaris Group, so please ignore all the fake hate comments and reviews left by some horrible people! Monique always helped when we had questions and went above and beyond to provide the most exceptional service! She will truly be missed and I have complete confidence that her family will be able to carry out her legacy with the business.

This lawyer and this practice are stealing money thousands and thousands of dollars from home owners. Beware don’t do business here them reviews after mine are fake liars they are thief’s who don’t provide proff of nothing they deny paperwork showing where is our HOA money scammers and thief’s beware
