The Sands at Clearwater

My fiancée and I recently moved into the apartment after a friend recommended this complex and we saw all of the great reviews. From our tour, to signing the lease, Corazon and Nick in the leasing office have been so much help. They made so many accommodations to make the move in process as fluid as possible. The units and amenities are fantastic, and the complex is in such a great location. I don’t regret a thing and would recommend this complex to any people interested!

This apartment complex has been a major upgrade from my previous one. The location is convenient, the apartment sizes and prices are better than others in the area. Nick and the office staff are helpful and keep the grounds well maintained, will be recommending The Sands to friends looking for rentals.

I love it here! New resident, loving the area and the apartment. It's quite, lots of restaurants, stores and action going on all around this area. You can virtually walk to almost anything you need. As it states this is a hassle-free living type apartment establishment, and being such a busy guy I love the fact that I can go home relax and not worry about all the things I have to do. Pretty much everything is taken care of for you, including trash pickup, maintenance even down to changing a lightbulb and Pest Control. The grounds are kept very clean, and parking doesn't seem to be an issue for me as others have stated. The process of getting in signed up and accepted into the Sands at Clearwater was a breeze, and Jaime and Jose were very hospitable and on top of everything.

Paying an arm and a leg for rent already. This property company is so GREEDY! STAY AWAY. They keep trying to collect fines with Trash Butler service. This is the second time they have come to take pictures of our doors. Everyone on my floor got a notice. We put a trash can out there because they complained it was on the floor. They did not collect trash in Saturday so we had an extra trash bag that fell off the top of the trash can. We asked the Trash Butler guys what was going on. He gave me attitude about it. What Highmark is doing is predatory. P.S. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE STAIRS LIGHTS IN BUILDING 3?! I'VE COMPLAINED IN EMAIL AND IN PERSON. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AFTER MY MAN FELL DOWN THE STAIRS BECAUSE OF IT LAST NOVEMBER. HIGHMARK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS SAFTEY BUT THEY W

I have lived at the Sands for over a year now and absolutely love it. Nick and his team are always going above and beyond to provide the best for their residents! Maintenance is quick and polite when entering your apartment home! Great amenities too! The beautiful pool and lake area are my favorite!
