Our year and a half here has been nothing short of a 5 star experience. The management, leasing, front desk, and maintenance teams truly made my husband and I feel like this is our home. Kate from leasing was so helpful when we first applied and got denied. She worked with us and made it happen! I broke my ankle towards the end of our lease, and every time I went through the lobby, the front desk would greet me and offer to help me with doors. And the apartment itself is gorgeous. Matte soft close cabinets and samsung appliances in the kitchen. We had a NW corner view and I never got tired of it. The work spaces are so convenient and always kept clean. Absolutely love living at The Saint Grand, it's the best. Management is extremely responsive and the front desk employees are so kind and always go above and beyond. We had a friend stay in the guest suite for the weekend and they absolutely loved it! Such a great perk for this residential building to have a suite for your family and friends!
I have performed magic at several of their social events and have always found the residents and staff welcoming and friendly and an appreciative audience. They have a great common area and seem to have frequent well attended mixers for their residents. I had a great time and would certainly be happy to go back in the future. Stay'd at the Saint Grand over Thanksgiving wknd for some shopping! FABULOUS! Location was just a couple easy walking blocks from Michigan Ave. The guest suite was more than we imagined; updated, clean, extra little amenities, very comfortable-& a view of the city! Staff were at the front desk 24 hours; super helpful getting us to our room/apt, helping us navigate the city-just pleasant people. They made our stay easy and enjoyable!
This complex is great! Mike and Ariel are so welcoming and the building is a vibe. I would def recommend anyone looking for a high rise to rent here. I’m hoping that my rent doesnt go up that much next year so I can renew 🙈
