Michael made sure I had everything I needed coming into my home, from checking on me while traveling, making sure my WiFi package made it in safe, to bringing extra batteries for smoke detectors and answering questions without me even having to ask! Best moving experience I’ve had!

Literally cannot get in contact with someone from this company to save my life. After multiple schedule requests and voicemails left, I finally was able to get a showing for one of their listings after 2 months (through an automated system btw) of it being on the market and they canceled an hour before because of icy roads. I responded to the text, and once again, no answer. Huge red flag.

Whitley and The RVA Group has been so easy to work with. Great communication and a smooth process. I have enjoyed leasing from them, I just renewed for another year! Highly Recommend!
