The Ruthvens

Where can I start with the Ruthvens . We needed a new home for my landscape company due to Hurricane damage. I meet Matt with the Ruthvens and I told him what we need and with that info he show us a shop that meet all of are needs . There was some small issues within the office and shop with that being said out of nowhere we will put a new a/c new floors and new shop lights and paint in the office . It is nice to have a company that puts there tenets first to build trust the long-term relationships.

Truly the Ruthvens care about their tenants. Really have helped me in so many ways since I started my business recently. Their story is “if the tenants do well, we will too” and they live that out. They even allow you to break your lease if you move into another unit of theirs. The Ruthvens are Lakeland.
