Ashlyn gave me an unforgettable and amazing tour today. She gave me very detailed answers to my questions and was patient and welcoming through it all. I would rate my experience with her a 10/10 and I definitely would recommend anyone else to work with by her!!!!

unprofessional manager with ugly attitude. They use master key to get into unit without my permission also without telling me. If you live here do not keep your valuable goods in house they will stole it.

I moved out of The Rowen over a year ago and still haven’t received my security deposit or any communication from anyone. I’ve called, emailed, and even sent a certified letter that was confirmed delivered, but no one has responded. Rent anywhere else but here!

I was a resident at this complex for Three years went through many of the property managers , the property management has declined since I moved in , they are terrible with communication and PLEASE BE AWARE TO KEEP ALL RECORDS OF COMMUNICATION!! Please be aware when moving out as well to take proper pictures and videos . I have been waiting for months (since February) for my security deposit to be returned I have had the worst experience with dealing with the staff , they don’t answer or take a long time to respond . I wish any one who moves here to please be aware of the pest issues , the management and the maintenance!
