I moved in about a month and a half ago, and since the apartment had been vacant for a while, there were a few initial hiccups. From day one, Michael in the front office has been absolutely amazing—professional, responsive, and dedicated to making sure everything got resolved. The maintenance team, Vincent and Francisco, has also been outstanding. They handled every request promptly and were very thorough in their work. I especially appreciated how communicative they were, keeping me updated on any delays. Truly a great team! I even referred my boss to move into the complex as well, though I just missed the timeframe for the updated referral bonus. Overall, this is a great apartment community. It may be a bit older, but the entire complex is well-maintained and very clean. Highly recommend

I had a great experience relocating here. Logan was an excellent leasing consultant and she was able to answer all my questions along the way. She also sent a detailed email with loads of information to assist with my logistics. She is a great brand ambassador and she really seems to enjoy her job. The management staff and been personal and responsive as well. I would also like to give a shout out to Vincent (maintenance) who was able to quickly resolve the majority of the issues I reported at move in. This is an older complex, but property management really makes an effort to keep everything running and to provide amenities (sand volleyball court, yoga studio, etc.) that help establish a unique sense of community here. Thank you for all you do!

Vincent is hands-down the best maintenance technician I have ever had the pleasure to have help out with my home. He always responds incredibly fast and makes it out quicker than expected, which I really appreciate. He comes prepared, knows exactly what he’s doing, and follows up on repairs to make sure everything is fully resolved, not just patched. What really sets Vincent apart is that he never makes me feel dismissed or “crazy” for reporting an issue. He genuinely listens, takes the time to figure out the root of the problem, and clearly explains both what’s going on and how he’s fixing it. Been living here for a few years and one of the best things is the maintenance team. Cisco and his guys gave me some upgrades during inspections with vanity lighting to brighten up my bathroom and led lights across my apt. They've always been very punctual at accommodating requests and do great work. Thumbs up to him and his team!

I’ve lived here for about six months and it’s been very peaceful. I have my own garage so parking isn’t a problem. As long as you’re not parked in anyone else’s spot and it’s registered properly there shouldn’t be any issues. I feel comfortable having guests come over without worry of being towed. The saltwater pool is amazing and I love the hot tub, though it has been down this most recent month for repairs. When I talked to the office about it, they were able to give me more details and I felt better with the time it’s taken. My pup is super happy with the walkable community and gated dog park, as he has a bunch of energy and we can get it out there. The community is also super close to all of my regular stores and the highway for when I need to get to work or go downtown. The office tea
