The Row At The Stadium

The Row has overall been a pretty great place to live. I’ve lived here for two years and the maintenance staff is excellent. They always respond and fix issues the day of your request. The lazy river, gym, and view over the stadium is hard to beat. There has been a few issues in the past regarding parking, gates being left open. etc. However, management has been doing a much better job this year overall. Lane Ward in the office is the nicest person I have ever talked too. He handled all of my problems very professionally and efficiently. I definitely recommend the row to students who are looking for a lively, social, and mostly safe place to live.

I overall love living at The Row. My apartment is great, very spacious & good layout. There are only a few downsides and that’s kind of the location, especially on Saturdays during football games. Traffic is awful. But it’s very safe and all of the amenities included are definitely worth the price! I would definitely recommend living here!

I’ve lived at The Row for a year now and I absolutely love it. I decided to transfer units this year, but plan to stay for a third year. The management is amazing and is very helpful. Any problems I have ever ran into, they fixed it the same day. I cannot recommend this place enough!

So far I have loved living at The Row! it’s a really nice apartment and they have tons of great amenities. The only issues I had are with ants in our rooms and bathrooms the first few weeks, but we put in a request and pest people sprayed and we haven’t had any issues since!

I just started living here and absolutely love it!! The unit is so nice and new. I feel safe here, too, and if there’s ever an issue maintenance is always there. It’s the best price for what you get as a student, the amenities are amazing, and the community is really nice. Very good location for gamedays and they have a shuttle free for residents!
