The Row at Arkansas

628 N WORDSWORTH LN -- My roommates and I moved out in after two years at The Row. When, we moved in, there were holes in the walls, paint on carpet, non-working appliances, etc. It was not clean. We reported all of this on the move in checklists and opened tickets. When we move out July 2025, all four of us + family worked tirelessly to do a fantastic job cleaning up when we moved out. You know the saying to leave a place better than when you first saw it. We did that and then some. We even patched all the holes in the walls - the ones there originally and reported + the ones we made to make it easier to lease. All the management team would just need to do is to paint match with their wall color over the patching. We reported this. We reported all the repairs that were needed in detail t

I have lived at the Row for a year. I renewed my lease then had to find someone to sublet. It was a hassle but once my roommate found someone to take over all of our leases the office swapped them over, it took about 2-3 weeks for them to complete this process. I do like the layout of my home and I loved the flexibility we have in living in an unfurnished unit. My roommates and I have made our unit a home. The management is good, willing to help answer questions and explain how things work. However, sometimes were a bit rude. Maintenance was AMAZING and timely! Damien is always so kind, helpful, and keeps us in the loop when there is a problem. Plus it’s so nice to have a side yard for my dog and to have a safe place to take my dog in walks.

Love living here at the Row. The staff is amazing especially Sonya. When I moved in they made the process very easy. On top of that very quick to respond back and they always take care of you. If there ever is a problem, you get a quick response and they take care of you ASAP! High recommend living here at the row.
