I have lived here since 2020 and I want to say that ever since S. L.Nusbaum took over the property management for our building last Fall, well, there have been so many improvements to this beautiful place that I call home. One of the greatest improvements is having a dedicated maintenance supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations. Jay has been amazing and we are so thankful to have him overseeing the service needs of our apartment! I cannot leave this review without giving a huge shout out to Hannah and Danielle as well who like Jay are very knowledgeable in all things Property Management and the customer service you receive from everyone that I’ve is unmatched! Good place to live. Close to EVMC, downtown, & Colley Ave. Also right on the Elizabeh River. Management changed last year, rent was raised, plus new fees were added for the same apartment, same appliances.

Greedy and dishonest. My car was broken into and towed and they still had me pay for everything. Disgusting.

Jaquel “Jay” Saunders,service manager, executes the standard of excellence that the Robuck subscribes to beyond the shadow of a doubt.. Superior attention to detail, a genuinely friendly attitude toward the residents and 100% trustworthiness best describe his work ethic. If the hallway lightbulb is out and you tell Jay, you can be sure the next time you pass It will be working. No job is unimportant & Jay isn’t too busy. That attention to detail is reflected in the obvious pride he takes in his work. Jay Saunders is an asset to the Roebuck team.

UPDATE: Since moving in our vehicle has been shot, our motorcycle has been stolen, and in one night 10+ vehicles had windows shattered and burglarized. Parking is a nightmare! One evening I returned home to find ZERO parking spots — of which you are required to purchase. My husband has been accosted by individuals that he has politely asked to park elsewhere since it is “private parking”. Even purchasing a reserved spot doesn’t guarantee anything. Parking and security is a massive issue and it doesn’t seem as though management has done anything to resolve the situation. Also, the towing service doesn’t respond to anyone except employees of the property. The live in security is useless. We have on several occasions called and left messages only to hear nothing back. I give it three stars
