The Rockwell

This has been an exceptional rental experience. The staff demonstrates outstanding communication with residents, and the property is consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. The landscaping, including the flower beds, is always vibrant, and community events are regularly organized. While I often hear of issues from friends regarding their apartment communities, I have encountered none of those concerns here. Ive recommended this community to several people and i still do today!

Moved in a few months ago and have really enjoyed it so far. The staff and maintenance team are very kind and responsive. As for the community, the people are friendly, the buildings and amenities are well maintained, and it is peaceful. Location-wise, it's close to grocery stores and many restaurants, which is very convenient. It's important to acknowledge that while the location is convenient, the buildings are also right next to a busy roundabout. There's occasional honking and loud cars, which I personally don't mind as much, but it may be important to others. Something that I think that can be improved here is the mailroom. It's quite small for the amount of packages that are ordered, so it gets crowded easily. I'd give the Rockwell a 4.5/5 if I could, but Google won't allow that.

Living here has been a great experience. The community is well kept, quiet, and feels genuinely welcoming. Shawna and Kate are a big part of that. They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we need something. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the overall management team keeps everything running smoothly. We are really glad we chose this place to call home.

I lived at The Rockwell from May of 2024 to July of this year and had a HORRIBLE experience IN APARTMENT 2101. 1. First couple of weeks of living there, our bathroom had no hot water. 2. Our apartment flooded shortly after, and we were told it was because of the "ice tray". It was so bad the whole kitchen was flooded then flooded the entire master bedroom. The floors were damaged and was coming apart and the baseboards in the master turned yellow. 3. The hallway bathroom also had mold in the toilet, sink, shower head, coming out of the grout and the overflow drain in the tub. The grout in the shower wall also came apart when you showered and you couldn't even clean the walls without grout coming apart. I really enjoy living here! The staff is great and always willing to help, maintenance is fast and provides good communication, there are always really fun events that go on throughout the year. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here especially since its so close to Providence.
