Katy and Kelvin are amazing! Highly recommend this community, super close to everything, quiet maintenance is top of everything!!

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the management also responds in a timely manner which is very nice. Even if they miss a call they are sure to get back to you ASAP. There are a few building flaws on the outside and it looks a little old but the apartments are pretty nice, I love the floors. None of the problems I have noticed are real big deals, just something that comes with moving into an older building. I think it has been a good starter apartment for sure. Will update after I move out as I am only about 4 1/2 months into my lease and lots can change.

I've lived here for 6 months, so far we are very happy here. The rent is high now- but it is all over the area. There's lots of natural light, great sound insulation between neighbors, significantly less bugs than anywhere else I've been. Feels less like an apartment and more like a house inside. Fireplace is a huge plus, actual pantry, gas stove and w/d hookups. Maintanence is quick to respond. The online pay is incredibly simple and hassle free. If you have more than 2 cars, you'll still have parking.

If every property manager were like Katy, the world would be a much better place. Coming from a terrible living situation prior to this, it is very refreshing to finally find a place that seems to actually care and put in some effort. She’s been very accommodating and clear, and move in and maintenance requests have been phenomenal. The unit is also very nice. Lots of natural light and very cozy/quiet. Very glad we signed here.
