Tiffany in the leasing office made the application process an exceptional experience. She had my disabled brother approved very quickly and efficiently. 5 stars. The apartment looks brand new!

The paperwork process was nice and smooth. One I got in to sign my lease everything was simple and straight to the point. One of the lost rental processes I’ve went through. Kassidy was extremely helpful and kept me up to date the entire time!

Got approved for 2bedroom on the spot. Only downside is the waitlist but Niya explained to me it could be only 1-3 months! So no issue with me gives me time to save up quickly, the property was very clean and tidy. I really hope I can get into the apartment soon!

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Supervisor Tebray Of maintenance. Also Mr Richard they were Excellent Service when it came to my home Everything that I asked, they met every need. Thank you so much again I really appreciate the hard work Y’all put in. And Please continue to be great😇🙏🏾.

The maintenance team did a great job accommodating when our AC went out over the weekend. They are very thoughtful! Thank you Mr. Tebrey and Mr. Richard for all your hard work and coming out over the weekend to help us.
