Just responding to Steve’s negative review. I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 5 years. There is no noise from planes since although located near the airport, it is directly perpendicular to the tracks so it is in a no fly zone. For the highway, it is located far enough that you don’t hear it. As for the power plant on the other side of the river, it has been closed for years and is under deconstruction. Deconstruction can be noisy just like construction but it is obviously temporary.
I went to toilet facility and I had the most wonderful experience… The facilities and the staff was absolutely a treat to work with… The amenities were fantastic and they have a rock climbing wall! I would recommend
Big Pete in the snow! Model homes are great too!
