The Rise Flagler Village

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a real estate professional, I’ve worked with many apartment communities and leasing teams, and Jeff truly stands out. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive, making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most is how genuinely happy he is to help and how much he enjoys his work — you can tell he does it from the heart. 5 stars is not enough to give The Rise- FLAGER. The building is true luxury living because of the staff itself. You won’t find a better team (Jeff & Julia) that cares for their residents, lives in their own building and interacts with all of us guests daily. They know us by name and ensure we all feel welcomed in the building from day one. Maintenance team (Kenny) is so fast and good at what they do. This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in because of the people, amenities and just quick ten minutes to the beaches. Beautiful courtyard and gorgeous club level pool decks.

Where should I begin? I discovered this community on Instagram Wed, August 20, 2025 and was immediately captivated by the welcoming vibe and aesthetic of the property. I flew in to see it Friday, August 22, 2025, but before that, I had already applied for an apartment after speaking with Jeff over the phone, without even seeing it in person. He was incredibly responsive, ensuring I felt like a priority and patiently addressing all my questions. Upon my arrival, it was clear to me that this was the perfect place for me. The property has the charm of a high-end boutique hotel, and all the staff members are amazing! They truly made me feel valued with their exceptional customer service and friendly personalities. I am a very satisfied tenant that really loves the building, the cleanliness of the lobby and hallways are always on point but most of us the staff . Nidia the property manager along with her amazing staff Jeff and Julia are always on top of any issues that may RISE ( no pun intended) . I recommend this building to anyone who wants to live the downtown life but just far away to enjoy the quiet space too as we are only two blocks from Las Olas. Very dog friendly and the Church next door gives us a wonderful space to let them enjoy a park like setting. I recommend you taking the time to check out The Rise . You may just stay like I did last year.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Rise for 4 years and highly recommend it. Location is fantastic. Something that has made a difference is the maintenance. Whenever I’ve had an issue the attention has been immediate. Kenny and his team reply really fast and get it done. They are very professional, and go above and beyond to help you. Their attitude is always positive. I’ve gotten locked out of my place and they helped me right away. It’s important to know that the place is not only nice but that it’s maintained at a high level.
