DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have the worst power outages and not for a couple hours. It’s like 10+ hours and they do not offer any rent incentive for the inconvenience of the power outage. Look somewhere else. Update: 2 days without power and they graciously gave us 50$ off next month rent.🙄 It gets better. The food you lost, well let’s hope you kept the receipts because if not you cannot file a claim with them. Luckily I scanned my last grocery run. Year later update: STILL DO NOT MOVE HERE. Please keep your children away from this company. They also own the Grande. Had a financial issue fixed it with the bank, but still had to pay fees not even from my bank. They will get you with fees. I never had this problem last year. The only thing that makes living here good are my roommates . I

As a former resident, I never had any issue, not with maintenance, not with management, everything was always smooth, my roommates were amazing and I still talk to them after 2 years of moving out, The Rio was by best option coming from another country and not having many options to get approved for an apartment, they'll help you getting approved, they have different options for every scenario. I never had an issue that they weren't able to resolve. In other words my experience was incredible.

Absolutely the worst living situation imaginable. Any 5 star review is from a staff member. The management is ridiculous and made life a living hell. They are by far the greediest apartments ever they'll charge you fees for anything, and wont work with you even after countless times explaining you're going through financial troubles. The management doesnt give a crap about you they care about the money and thats it. If they could charge a fee for breathing they would. Just ridiculous fees , and wheneveri tried contacting management they never answered. The money is not worth the headaches after a lease ends, please look somewhere else

I just finished my lease here, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. ( even people state they don't) I’ll always be thankful they helped in a moment where I couldn't even afford to buy any food. I’ll forever be grateful for that Yes, the apartments are older and could use some updated appliances, but everything worked fine and the place was comfortable. Other than that, it’s a good place to live. Like with any place, everyone’s experience can be different, but I personally felt safe, & well taken care of. The property is clean, well-maintained, and any issues I had were handled quickly. BTW!! recent reviews aren't really accurate. Since I started living here I’ve only had positive experiences. I’ve never had any issues with management or maintenance. Everyone is super nice and has consistently treated me with respect and care. I would definitely recommend The Rio to anyone looking for an apartment. Most of the bad reviews come from people who simply didn’t get what they wanted; in my experience, management is always helpful if you take the time to reach out to them. The Rio is a great place for anyone starting their adult life.
