My 5 stars is for Rohanna. I’ve always had a great experience with her. She is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance request, she handled it quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved properly. What stands out most is her positive attitude and willingness to help. She communicates clearly, treats residents with respect, and works hard to keep the property clean, safe, and well-managed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in making this a comfortable place to live. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with renting at this well-managed community. Thank you for always being there for me Rohanna. 💗

The Riley is truly a great place to live. First off I will say the maintenance team Jamie and Tim are the BEST. They fix things immediately, and even work around your scheduling if you need them to. I work nights and will ask them to come at a specific time the next day. They are ALWAYS on time and always get the job done. It is extremely rare to find a maintenance team as good as them. I will also say the management team, Rohanna, and the actual company itself, truly cares about their residents and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you.

The riley is in a great location close to everything I need as a college student.The place is clean and well kept. I feel extremely safe on property. The amenities such as the pool and the dog park are really nice. Staff is amazing.

The Riley was in a fantastic area which I felt safe in. Staff is kind and thoughtful. There is also nice places to lounge around for example the pool. Overall a great place to stay!
