If you read any reviews, make sure it’s this one. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews, they’re almost certainly not from real tenants actually living here. I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, and during that time there were 3 different property management companies… each one somehow worse than the last. Our AC was broken for 3 months, and maintenance kept giving excuses as to why ownership wouldn’t allow them to fix the issue. The fire alarms went off constantly for no reason, to the point where the fire department launched an investigation. The parking gate was broken more often than it worked, and the Luxer package locker has been out of service since February - meaning packages were often misplaced or left in the leasing office, which you could only access during their bu

New management is neglectful May 2025: I’ve lived at The Riley Apartments for several months now, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Over Memorial Day weekend, my A/C stopped working during a heat wave, and despite promptly submitting a maintenance request and calling the emergency line, the issue took five days to fully resolve. During that time, the indoor temperature reached 82°F, making the unit nearly uninhabitable. Even after I followed up multiple times and escalated to both the leasing office and corporate, no one responded to my request for a rent concession or utility reimbursement—despite clear negligence in maintenance and communication. if i could leave ZERO STARS, i absolutely would. the bitter old lady that works in that front office clearly does not enjoy her job. she has a TERRIBLE attitude and it is apparent in her work ethic that she is only there to get a check. i walked in as a walk in and immediately was greeted with disgust. Never have i ever been so turned off. Turning your nose up, rolling your eyes, and scrunching your face up at someone as soon as they walk through the front door is an insane business tactic. lol She was extremely reluctant when it came to assisting me. it felt like pulling teeth trying to get her to simply DO HER JOB. overall she just had an extremely poor attitude. not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but for this reason and this reason alone… I can see why the property is

We've lived at The Riley for 9 months and it has been the best experience. The pool courtyard is well maintained and residents are respectful to noise -- it is very quiet and peaceful throughout the day and evening, which we really appreciate. I regularly use the gym and office area amenities where the cleaning crew is always working diligently to maintain such a clean space. Big shout out to the cleaning crews, everything always smells great! They are all very nice and we really appreciate how well kept everything is, including the hallways. This pale really gets the details and resident experience. Thank you all!

My husband and I had been trying to look at apartments all day long in the Cityline area but nobody seemed willing to work or help us with at least a bit of information. Except for one person, Von, as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a warm smile and went straight to business. She right away took us on a tour and showed us some beautiful units that now we can not stop thinking about. Thank you Von we appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
