The Ridges at Bentonville

I've lived at The Ridged at Bentonville for over a year now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive—any maintenance requests I've submitted have been taken care of within 24 hours. I also appreciate how safe and secure the property feels, with well-lit walkways. My apartment itself is spacious and full of natural light, with updated appliances and a layout that really makes it feel like home. Parking is never an issue. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort and a sense of community, I highly recommend The Ridges at Bentonville!

My husband and I lived there a few years ago, and Megan became the new landlord. She was/is very friendly, down to earth and will do anything for you to help. She is very professional and was so generous to give us our security deposit back when we needed to move. I wish more people were like her! I love how she also has been making renovations to improve the function and look of the apartments!

I like this apartment complex; however, if you’re thinking of moving here, note that they do not allow you to have your bikes outside. If you have a family that likes to bike together then be prepared to have to keep all your bikes inside your apartment. They do have a good maintenance team.

Been living here for a few months now and I must say I love it here! The location is great and so far living here has been very peaceful. I love how wonderful and friendly the management has been here and if I have any issues they are taken care of right away and the people that live here are very nice. I feel very safe here and the surrounding nature makes living here very peaceful! The apartments are in great space and well maintained making me feel right at home!

I stayed at The Ridges in Bentonville for just over 2 years. I would rate my time there as 1/5 stars. The rent was initially low but increased significantly during my last several months. Thus, I can not recommend the apartments. The apartment was filthy upon move-in. The carpet was so dusty I had to clean it 3 times before my feet were no longer covered in dust from walking in the carpeted rooms. During my time there neighbors would routinely smoke outside my door and on the sidewalk (in violation of the lease). Many tenants were extremely noisy and would often leave their doors open while playing loud music or yelling at each other. Maintenance regularly had to be called out multiple times to fix an issue.
