We worked closely with Melanie for my son and his 3 teammates to apply and rent an apartment at The Ridge Apartments (specifically Clifton Ridge). She was extremely helpful, quick to respond and on top of things! The place is newly remodeled with new appliances, fresh paint and floors. The boys are now all moved in and loving it!

I toured the apartment with Melanie and from day one, she has been great! I’m from the NE and have been here for 2.5 years. I have had horrible experiences with past properties and by far, this is the best one. The units are upgraded in the renovated ones. My unit has brand new appliances, fresh paint, new carpet and flooring. Some things such as the parking could be better monitored (they do try to manager by giving parking stickers) and the ugly clunker that is at very beginning of Foot Path Lane could be removed. Also, over the weekend, the JW religious people do solicit. It’s a good place to live. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a straightforward, no frills or fancy stuff, this is the place for you! The application process is simple, if you do what is asked of you. They have

Bedrooms are very small, infested with roaches, the floors upstairs and on the staircase squeaks a lot, and there's a big wet spot in one of my kitchen cabinets. The wood is wet and is sinking in which can breed mold.....I just moved in a week ago and already want to leave. I let the property manager know about some of the things that need to be fixed in my unit twice and it still hasn't been fixed yet. I will be talking to her again tomorrow 😒😒

Mold, asbestos, roach infestations that are painted over to “fix” the problem, dilapidated infrastructure without proper renovation in decades, and so much more! The Ridge does a fantastic job of providing such qualities to their units! Don’t be fooled by the piled up paid reviews. Look for the REAL reviews that discuss the conditions of the apartment. If you don’t believe me, look at the wonderful photos that I was able to capture during my time here. The best part is when you confront them about the issue, they will GASLIGHT you into thinking it’s nothing more than a “moisture” issue. Boy, are they good at disregarding your concerns while taking your money along the way. All I can advise is to RUN! RUN! RUN!
