The Ridge at North Pointe Apartments

My move was swift and smooth. Everyone was welcoming and answered all my questions prior to moving. I was disappointed that the residents do not have access to the basketball court :(. Overall it has been good so far. I would recommend looking to live here if you’re looking for an apartment in Charlottesville!!

I was looking for an apartment after taking a job in VA from FL. Margaret, Ethan, and Kim have been wonderful! Ethan gave me a virtual tour and even sent an additional video when I inquired about a different floor plan and offered to set up an additional tour if needed. Kim answered all my questions about my move and really made my transition and prep here very smooth and easy. Margaret was wonderful on move-in day! She made it extremely easy and even had a little welcome gift with some house supplies, which I think is a nice touch, and did several other things to ensure I was all set in my new apartment. Very attentive staff and a beautiful facility-- highly recommend :)

We lived at the Ridge for 15 months and absolutely loved it. We moved into a brand new corner unit on the third (top) floor facing northeast. We almost never heard any noise from our shared wall neighbor or the neighbor below us. Natural light filled the apartment every morning and we had a partial mountain view. We have relocated multiple times and this is the best apartment living experience we have ever enjoyed. We never used the pool but it looks great. We did use the brand new fitness room and it has everything most would need to stay in shape - and it was rarely crowded. A word about the staff. We recently toured The Ridge at North Pointe and had a great experience! Ethan took wonderful care of us. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. He made the whole tour easy and enjoyable. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are impressive, and the staff feels very welcoming. We left with a great impression and would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place in Charlottesville

My experience was amazing. I moved in my apartment 2 days ago. The staff is wonderful. I initially met Kim and Margaret and later Ethan gave me a grand Welcoming. I even met Tyler and he has helped getting settled in my apartment. The Welcoming gift was just the perfect touch when you are just moving in a new apartment. My view is calming, relaxing and peaceful. I am loving it.
