The Ridge at McClellan Apartments

Hi everyone. This place is perfect, considering how much you pay for the rent: good neighbors and many kids playing outside. There's a pool. The manager Vera keeps this place in order and clean.

I have been living here for more than 2 years, constant problems with mold, to which management closes their eyes, covering up with paint! Periodically, ants and other living creatures! I don't recommend this place

Very good apartments. The manager is competent and promptly resolves issues. Maintenance personnel perform their duties in a timely manner. The grounds and pool are always clean. The area is not bad, the location is excellent, there are many schools nearby. In The rent is affordable compared to other similar complexes. All in all, my family and I love it here.

Here almost 13 years now. Have seen many come and go. Over all everyone is friendly and gets along really well. I do all the clean up from halls, pool. laundry rooms and trash area. Do what I can for a clean living. Not much for the kids to do, until the pool opens. Yet they climb threes and lots of grass to other activities.

The management is very rude called for the email address and she would not provide the email address the nicest person that works there is Vickie she is amazing! Vera is very rude if you call she doesn't want to provide you with information she condescending and rude! Took them weeks to fix the air conditioning unit while telling us it worked when it was 92 degrees in the apartment in the middle of a heat wave. Also infested with roaches I had to request weather stripping around the front door so that bugs would stop crawling in from the hallways.
