The Ridge at Chenal Valley Apartments

I love it here! I’ve lived in a couple of apartments around Little Rock and this one is by far the best. I plan on staying here until I buy a house! The view from my apartment is better than I could ask for!

We have lived here for nearly 8 years which sums up what we think of it. The grounds are fantastic, the pool area is superb and the management plus maintenance teams are outstanding.. It's quiet, picturesque, friendly and secure. If I could take The Ridge with me back to the United Kingdom I would!

I never would dream that I would live in a magnificent place like this..... Until I met Wyatt. He introduced me to a room that I wanted, made me feel at home and thanks to him I will be a resident next week because he went above and beyond to work with me. Thank you Wyatt you are a Gem

We loved renting here. Our plan was to rent until we bought a house, and to be honest that was the only reason we left. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are quiet and look great, the location is convenient to Chenal Parkway, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. We looked all over LR and thought this would be the best property for us, and we were not disappointed.

Living here is such a breeze! I had a very small issue and Brittany had it addressed immediately! These guys are amazing! Beautiful place to live
