The Rex

The staff are very responsive. Justin’s great! Our unit has a beautiful mountain view, good insulation, and is clean and conveniently located close to everything. We also have a great basement parking spot, which is a big plus. Occasionally, the fob system can be a bit inconvenient, and the washer and dryer are best suited for 2–3 people’s laundry loads. Other than that, we’ve had a great overall experience.

Wonderful place to live! We have been living at The Rex, Abbotsford since 2022, and our experience has been truly great. The building is very well maintained, with a clean environment and a beautiful view. The staff has always been cooperative, friendly, and easy to approach. A special thanks to Justin — he has been exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we faced any maintenance or other concerns, he responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and willingness to assist made our time here very comfortable. We really enjoyed living at The Rex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to stay.

I have been renting here since July 2023. Building is nice and clean. I don’t really hear my neighbours. The odd time the tenant above me were high heels or vacuuming, but not really a bother. Amenities are good, some new shops in the building like fresh slice pizza and a convenience store are handy to have close by. Staff has always been good, Justin in particular has been excellent always responsive and even went out of his way to help in the building at 1am when I took my dog for a walk and forgot my keys in my suite. The clikfix service is very good. They even let the brick delivery service in my suite while I was at work and stayed until they were gone. Building cleaning service is good too. I lived here for over five years. The first couple of years were somewhat disorganized, with frequent management changes and inconsistent rules, but over time the building has become a far more stable and welcoming place to live. I’ll be honest, I’m generally not an advocate for large property management corporations, and this one is no exception. The driving force is clearly profit, with very little included in the rent not even water or parking. That said, what truly made living here manageable, and at times genuinely positive, was the on-site team. Luzia, the property manager, is extremely friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Living at The Rex has really been an enjoyable experience thus far. The building is modern, clean, very secure and quiet for the most part. The ample storage space within my unit has been a pleasant surprise. Also, the growth of new businesses within walking distance has made living here that much more enjoyable. The management team, particularly Justin, has been responsive and helpful whenever I have needed assistance. This has made my experience living here worthwhile. Justin is consistently very attentive to the needs of every resident in the building which shows his dedication to his role. Overall, it has been a great living here and would recommend to anyone looking for comfort, peace of mind and quality care in their living space!
