great spot. new owners made courtyard much nicer. new shade covers, bbq and pool chairs.

Moderate-size apt complex of various apt types including studios and larger. Apts are update contemporary. The studio i viewed was compact and well finished, newer appliances, flooring, and decor. Seems adequate for a single like me. The pool is central for convenience tho my concern is the potential noise. Entry and parking is secure, but large vehicles might be trouble turning around if not parking on site. Photos seem realistic and recent.

New update. I'm giving this place one star for two main reasons. Firstly, I had complained about the A.C. in my unit a couple of times but nothing changed. In fact, the AC was really bad one time that I ended up in the ER coughing like crazy. When I texted the manager about the incident, she didn't seem to care much and told me to keep cleaning the AC filter, which was what I had been doing all along. Secondly, when my lease was up, I was surprised by management telling me that I was charged $50 for leaving a chair in my unit. What a joke!! I took out everything from the unit and sat on the chair to wait for my ride. Like, did they want me to sit on the ground? Makes no sense!!

01/2022 - Update, I am changing my review reflecting current circumstances regarding the apartments "pet friendly" policy. In the beginning the apartment has been understanding and now there are emails every month about "new/stricter" rules. I feel lately has been getting out of hand. Please don't bring your pets here. They do accepts pets but don't have an area like other apartments do which allows your pets to go without any backlash or God forbid go to the restroom. There is no area for a pet to go restroom here, you have to walk outside of the apartment, outside of the parking lot, completely off the apartment complex for them to even urinate. I am frustrated to learn this after we renewed the lease for another year. My pets are a huge part of making the decision to live here and

This property has been by far my best living experience! I am going on my second year here and I have had no problems. The property is safe and clean plus the lady in the office is great! She processes my monthly payments correctly and handles any maintenance issues instantly. She is always nice and willing to help in any way possible. Thank you!
