The Retreat at Tiffany Woods

I have lived at the retreat for almost 3 years, and to be honest I have met so many people, that not only became aquantiances but friends. My husband has been here for almost 8 years and as we are so excited to close our chapter of apartment living and exploring the US in our motorhome. I know I will always call this place my second home. Maintenance is fabulous, and the girls in the office are wonderful. We will miss our apartment and the community. Thank you for my beacon calls when I needed a light bulb changed cause after having to take care of our own rentals, we have enjoyed watching our lawns mowed, the flowers being watered, the other residents waving, saying good morning & good night, the dogs waiting at their favorite spots for a treat, and foremost the special occasions the offi

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The pool is always clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax, especially during warmer months. The management team truly stands out—they’re friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community safe and welcoming. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-run place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

Fantastic amenities like, heated salt water pool, walking trails, full weight room with sauna, theater room with full kitchen area. Have been here for over 4 years now. Honestly some of the best apartments/ management. We have had no issues, everyone is always friendly. Very clean surrounding. Had an issue in my apartment and management was there within 30 min. And had it fixed. Huge thank you!

This was a decent apartment complex until we encountered roaches all over our apartment. This was the worst living experience we’ve ever had to deal with. Management was not friendly or helpful with our many visits to the office to talk about the roaches. We had to live out of totes for 4 months without access to our kitchen. We felt like we had to eat out for every meal… The roaches were all all over the kitchen, crawling up the walls, coming out of the dishwasher, in the shower, and in the carpet in the bedroom. We got zero compensation for our situation and got no help from management to try to help our accommodations. The “extermination” process took months and we went out to buy our own supplies to try to expedite the treatments. Residents pay a pretty penny to live here, so having to
