The Retreat at Pineview

I lived here for a year with my husband and would recommend against living here. The gates don’t work, and the neighborhood surrounding the apartments has problems with crime, so it was very uncomfortable that they didn’t make fixing the gate a priority, even when there were car break ins. There were suspicious looking people who would walk into the complex and random drug deals happening because people could come in at all hours, and I don’t wanna worry about any of that while just trying to walk my dog. People don’t pick up after their dogs, and my dog would get fleas just from being in their dog park. The lady her name is Misty she was so kind and generous I like her attitude she is one of the best that you can ever meet she took me to the apartment complex and showed me around it was great I can’t wait to get settle into my new apartment home and relax Thank you so much Misty for letting me be a part of The Retreat at Pineview

Gates are always open off Pineview drive, the trash issue is hideous, management is new and communication is poor. Would not recommend. The area location is not the best anymore as well.

The apartments are overpriced. The kitchen appliances do not work properly. The apartments do not have extermination regularly, so they are overrun with roaches ! Maintenance does not properly attend to the apartments. I would not recommend living here. As far as a five star living standard, you have got to be joking. There us no action taken when a complaint is made. EVER!

The neighborhood has obnoxious tenants, it smells like marijuana all the time, the buildings and gates look like garbage, the fences never get repaired, and the payment portal is always inconsistent.
