The Retreat at Lake Johnson Apartments

I have had an amazing experience until the new company took over. I had a 50 pound package delivered and of course they took it to the mail room and not my apartment. I asked for help from the complex and they canceled my request. So just dont order anything heavy here, they absolutely don't care how you get that package to your unit. Had to drag my package to my unit, 1/4 mile. This new company is trash.

The apartment and grounds itself are much like others in the area, but with upgrades to the amenities which I enjoy. What sticks out here most is the help of the staff. I had the help of both Tony and Dev that were more than willing to answering the long list of questions I had and have been available to me ever since moving in. Thank you to those two for making this move so easy!

The office staff is very helpful and friendly- shoutout to Deven! The application to move in process was quick and simple. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and fix any requests.

We’re moving in as newcomers and honestly had a lot of questions and paperwork, and Deven made the whole process so much easier. He replied to emails incredibly fast, explained things in plain language, and always made sure we knew exactly what the next step was. There were a few moments where it could’ve easily become stressful — like the screening/income verification side and sorting out the guarantor/Nova Credit step — but Deven stayed on top of it and helped us move forward instead of leaving us to figure it out alone. Maintenance Team - Timing is everything! I placed a work order for my AC unit over the weekend, and they responded within two days. A note was left saying it would be fixed the following week, but the very next day I came home and it was already repaired with a new thermostat and cover! I was so happy and impressed!
