The retreat apartments are very comfortable community I’ve been here 2yrs and it getting better especially last yr when new management took over. Maritz the manager as well as Daniella are truly easy to work with and always respectful and pleasant most of all they’ll do what the can to help with any issues that you may have.

I’ve lived in these apartments for almost two years now, and I’ve seen some positive changes recently that deserve recognition. The new management team has truly stepped up—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making this a better place to live. You can feel the difference in how things are run, and it’s refreshing to see a team that cares about the residents and the community. Looking forward to what’s next!

🚨‼️Im a resident in Riviera the building besides yours.🚨‼️ The large trash area placed under our balconies is causing bad odors and attracting large flies and other insects, which are entering our apartment and affecting our comfort and hygiene.we can’t even use the balcony. I kindly request that the trash area be relocated or properly managed to prevent this issue

I wish it had a zero star rating. Worst apartments ever, roaches everywhere, overfilled trash, mailboxes that wouldn't lock. Nancy the manager has the worst attitude, very unapologetic, does not care about the tenants. I do not understand how she has not been fired with the rude way she goes about doing business. Christie was utterly rude since day one we arrived. Tenants are not notified about things that happen around the apartments. I found one morning a worker inside my patio without my notice or permission drilling the patio floor at 8:00a.m. Even though Chesapeake apartments who was under the Michaelson Group when I moved in, and now moved under Fairmont Management Company. I found centipedes, to get anything fixed was a hassle, I moved in to a dirty apartment, & before leaving I was

I’m in from out of town looking for a new residence. Seeing this apartment having such a character I wanted to see more. This apartment community is very pleasing and gratifying! A very informative manager and her team was very respectful and was eager to help. I really appreciate and enjoyed my tour! Highly recommend to go check it out!
