I had an electrical issue in my living room, so I called the maintenance line, and Kalique responded. He was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue in no time. I truly appreciate his prompt service and positive attitude. Great customer service!

My toilet water level was low and it wasn't flushing all the way down. I put a maintenance ticket in & Kolique came & fixed it. I don't have any problems with maintenance. When I have an issue they always come to fix the problem. Kudos to the maintenance people!

I only came to get information on upcoming Openings . As I walked in , the girl working with red hair was helping someone else , however never acknowledged me. Then I’m guessing the manager in white & black did ask me how I was doing . Yet , however didn’t even ask what I was there for before proceeding to go to the bathroom . She comes out , asks what I need . She sort of gave me short responses to try & shut me up & move me along I Felt . Then when I asked if I can get some more information on upcoming opening, she directed me to the girl with red hair that was already occupied & still didn’t acknowledge me . Has me wondering , why she couldn’t help me if she’s not doing anything ?? Def left a bad taste in my mouth & glad I won’t be choosing this Unprofessional place To Live . So I Thank
