The Retreat at Hamburg Place Apartments

My husband and I enjoyed our apartment at the retreat. Maintenance was always quick when we needed them. The pool and gyms were great. Biggest downside was the parking situation and the birds… having guests over was often stressful because there weren’t enough visitor spots so they would have to park on the street. The birds were also unfortunately a big disappointment. We were unable to use our outside patio because of bird nests and constant bird poop. There was also always a heavy amount of bird poop on the stairwell, railings and breezeways. We knew they would clean this off sometimes but it’s still gross thinking about tracking bird poop into our apartment and very unsanitary. Overall though we enjoyed our apartment and the management was always very kind to us.

The Retreat was my home for 7 years! I cannot express how this apartment complex meets every need and then some! Not to mention Jaisa, Twana, Xurry, and Hector are the absolute best! I highly recommend the Retreat at Hamburg!

My nephew and I moved last May to the retreat. I'm so grateful to the staff & maintenance. They are all sweet and they truly care about the tenants. They don't mind answering any concerns you may have. Shopping outlets across the street. Restaurants & so much more.the retreat has a gorgeous pool. Plus many more amenities such as a weight room, and grills. So don't miss out on this treasure it's quite clean, so don't take my word for it come see for yourself. The ladies at the office are amazing!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience living here. I originally moved here October of 2018. I was a senior in college and was currently living in a terrible environment. The people at The Retreat took me in and I knew I was home. Every person you encounter is amazing and so genuine, both workers and residents. To make things better, the entire community is smoke free & pet friendly. The location in Hamburg is phenomenal, you do not ever have to leave Hamburg because everything you need is less than a mile away! My work is relocating me to Seattle, otherwise I would never have left. I will especially miss Jaisa Harris & Twana Ellis. These women are one of a kind and I will always appreciate the love and kindness they always showed me!

The Retreat at Hamburg Place - A Great Place to Live (with a Parking Caveat) I've been a resident at The Retreat at Hamburg Place for a while now, and overall, I really enjoy living here. The apartment itself is great, and the community is well-maintained, quiet, and friendly. The units have the typical upgrades like granite countertops and the layouts are spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Lexington. However, one issue can be parking. Available parking spaces can be a bit tight, especially during peak hours. This sometimes means having to park on the street to avoid being towed or having to walk a long distance from a spot in another part of the complex. Despite this one issue, I'd still give The Retreat at Hamburg
