The Residences of Westover Hills Apartments

Amazing experience from start to finish I had an amazing tour experience thanks to Cherly From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely valued. She took her time explaining everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and even offered personal advice and encouragement throughout the application process, which really meant a lot during a stressful time. I appreciate her kindness, and positive energy truly stood out. You can tell she actually cares about people, not just filling units. Because of her, this apartment community immediately felt like home. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering this property.

The lady who helped me on Saturday 11/08/25, was so professional , helpful, informative, and sweet. I think her name was Mrs.Brenda, but don’t quote me on that! Overall I had a great experience. Apartments were nice some needed to be air out a little from being close up all summer. Grounds were kept up and clean. Very quiet neighborhood.

I have struggled to get through to live people to see apartments. I was so grateful to meet Cheryl at The Residences of Westover Hills. She is a gem. She is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and professional, and a good listener. She took note of all the things I required in an apartment, and was able to show me some great contenders! Ms Cheryl was the sweetest woman while I was discussing my options with her! She made me feel heard and understood, especially with doing this on my own. Sweetest lady!

Avoid renting here !!!!! Overly priced & not worth it at all. I been trying to get management to fix the leakage issues I have everytime it rains and they still can’t find a solution or hire a contractor to fix it. The rain from outside always runs into my bedroom and soaks up the carpet and inside the closet. My bedroom smells like dry moist & built up mold which is not healthy at all to inhale. During the winter I feel all the cold air inside my apartment if outside is 20 degrees inside is 10 degrees a bunch of creases in the corner that the air from outside can come into your apartment. My heat also doesn’t work as good the cold drafts from outside over takes it. Parking here sucks, you have a bunch of man running a mechanic shop & car wash right from in here. You find oil, nuts & et
