The Residences at University Village

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The entire complex is always spotless, from the common areas to the individual buildings. The amenities truly stand out there’s a beautiful pool, a fully equipped gym, game rooms, and even a dedicated yoga room. There are always fun events and ways to stay involved with the community, which makes it feel more like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the management team is super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend living here!

My son just signed a lease for Fall 2026 and we received great customer service. The team on site answered all of our questions in person, over the phone and via email. Special call out to Kelton who made the process easy and ensured my son and his roommate got everything they needed taken care of just days before Christmas.

As a passerbyer looks like a nice place, not sure much about the details but one of my old classmates lives here and loves it. The village is pretty nice and theres a lot of stores and bars for the students.

The prices are a tad steep but if you are going to live off campus and can afford it; go here. It was nice. Lots of room, chill staff, close to the school, shops, and less than 2-3 miles from Target.

Moving in with my brother to UV was the best choice we’ve made. The atmosphere here is unmatched—there’s a real sense of community, and it’s easy to meet people who are just as excited to be here. The amenities are a huge plus, and everything feels well taken care of. We’re already feeling right at home and can tell this is going to be a great place to live. The staff is awesome too!!
