The Residences at Tesson Ridge

This is my second year here, and everyone here are super friendly and professional, leading office is super responsive, just in 1 occasion I had to make a maintenance ticket and was fixed in less than 24 hours. I really appreciate the hard work of Melissa, Liberty, Ryan and Chris. Not to mention the great view in every season.

5/5 on everything! We moved in at the end of August and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the whole experience. The building is always pristine and the staff is beyond responsive and amazing. Gregory has been our #1 since day 1. He has been extremely patient showing us around and answering every single questions we had. He made the whole process easy and stress free. I know if I ever need help with anything he is the person to go to. Bonus points for Gregory: he is always smiling and he writes on packages the apartment numbers to make the it easy for everyone to find their stuff. My shrimp brain thank you everyday for this! 10/10 ⭐️

Tesson Ridge Apartments has been such a great place to live. The property is well taken care of, the amenities are really nice, and any time I have needed something fixed the maintenance team has been quick and helpful. What really stands out to me is the staff. Greg has always been friendly and welcoming and he makes the whole process of living here feel easy. He genuinely cares about the residents and you can tell by the way he takes the time to help and answer questions. Living here has been a really positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable community

The facility is very clean with many amenities & underground parking 2nd to none. Apts. are maintained frequently & as needed in a timely manner. Outside The pool hot tub pickle ball court & lake with walking path on the the exterior adds to the many activities this place has to offer with all being maintained on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this apartment for your rent needs!

I went on an apartment tour with Liberty, the assistant manager, and she was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! She was able to answer every question I had, gave me some move in specials, and did a wonderful job of showing the apartment complex and its amenities, which are quite stunning btw. I loved her so much, she was absolutely amazing!! Apartment shopping can be stressful and difficult as it is and she made it such a pleasant experience. Liberty if you’re reading this thank you for everything! :)
