The Residences at Stadium Village

Lived here for almost 2 years and almost nothing good to say. Location is nice, but thats it. All of the fees they tack onto your rent you agreed upon, the kicker is the $20 for the "trash service". I have never ever seen them grab anyone's trash, I have left mine for days and never got collected, thats fraud. Also if a mistake happens and your rent doesny get paid (because of their website issue) theyll charge you $300 and make you bring in a check. Next is the responses from management, or the lack there of. They dont respond to most of your emails, they take forever to fix stuff. The last is when I went to move out they tried to say I didnt give them notice when we had an email exchange back and forth about it. I'm leaving in a couple months and they've been fine with everything the front office people are nice but the system itself they just gave me four days notice January 26th that I have to pay next months rent by money order or check instead of the normal way I pay through credit and it's just kind of sad that they use a stone age method of payment instead of something easy. unfortunately communication in our society is all fake, liability based so you can't really get anything besides just useless understanding on the systems part. Honestly, a check or money order? Very embarrassing. Grow up Olympus. No one under 80 does checks and money orders.

Great staff! Checked this place out with my friend that is looking for her and her daughter. Love the location especially if u don't want to drive far for Westgate events and the property is clean and well maintained.

While the place is affordable and nice the team there has tried multiple times to overcharge me what my rent was so I had to deal with multiple problems of the staff members there overcharging me and then charging me late fees when I already paid my rent every month and this isn’t just stadium village. It was also the new company they’re under RPM living as well.

This place makes me feel a lot safer and more comfortable a place for my mom. The apartment is beautiful, location is nice, right next to a park and , you guessed it....a stadium. Post office, library, and city pool are easy five minute walk away. Prasada shopping district is an easy 5 minute drive, as is Bell/Grand Ave. Medical facilities for my mother are all very close by. Erika was instrumental in expediting my mother's move-in from out-of-state. She left no questions unanswered, and walked us through the process. She explained all of the fees, so we were completely educated....and definitely very happy, about our choice to move my mother to the Residences at Stadium Village.
