The Residences at Spring Valley

I have been having a great time living at spring Valley Apartments. Jake Van Patten who is my property’s relationship manager has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been supportive, cooperative, and has guided me through every step.

I lived at Spring Valley for 6 years. The first 4 years were wonderful. It was family owned for 3 generations and had 1 great maintenance man that had been there for over 30 years. Since Prime Management took over it has been terrible. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced and the maintenance dept. winds up making any repairs worst than before. I have a long list of unbelievable screw ups they did. The one bright spot has been Ryan Mortka our latest property manager after going through at least 5 in the past couple years. He's responsive and follows up with any little issue you may have. Thank you Ryan! The one star rating is for you!

At first my boyfriend and I were interested in Spring Valley mainly due to the location. 5 minute walk to Broadway.. Really can’t beat it. And Farmers Market right across the street on Saturdays morning. Nothing better than not having to move your car from Friday after work to Monday morning because you have everything walking distance. But we soon realized the apartments also had off street parking, laundry in the unit, storage unit, newly renovated floors AND they allowed pets. We were sold. Our apartment truly feels like home. The Spring Valley community goes above and beyond (i.e. introducing you and other new neighbors when you move in, hosting a summer BBQ, free ice cream truck visits, minor maintenance issues handled in hours). We highly recommend Spring Valley!

Been here for almost a year now and it’s been a great experience. Jake has been super helpful with stuff going on and super quick to respond to inquiries. Shoutout to the maintenance team as well for being super responsive too.

Our experience at Spring Valley was wonderful! We enjoyed comfortable living in a fabulous setting. The property management staff was always efficient and professional.
