The Residences at Rivermark

I’ve lived at The Rivermark for over 2 years and absolutely love it. The views are beautiful, the rooftop sunsets are amazing, and the finishes and floor plans make everyday living comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store within walking distance. What really makes The Rivermark special is the community. Bri and Olivia in the leasing office are always welcoming and plan fun events that bring everyone together. When I first moved to Baton Rouge, I didn’t know anyone, but this building helped me find not just a place to live, but a true community. Highly recommend The Rivermark to anyone looking for a great home in Baton Rouge.

While I know others have already commented and praised this complex, I would be remiss if i didn't weigh in as well. Not only are the apartments amazing and the location unparalleled if you are downtown focused, the lobby and ground level are spectacular and the roof has the best view in town. Bree and Olivia, and the entire staff, go above and beyond to make this the best option in town.

We are so lucky to love where we live! Residences at Rivermark are simply the BEST apartments in Baton Rouge! Located in the heart of downtown with spacious, well thought out floor plans and high-end finishes, fantastic amenities and amazing views of the city, the river, and beautiful sunsets nightly. Bri, Olivia and the entire staff are out of this world! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure residents needs at met. My husband and I love being able to walk to the local restaurants and attractions. We’re thrilled to call this home! Come check them out… you won’t be disappointed.

My move and my move in went perfect! I want to thank Briana Hamilton for all her above and beyond help from showing me around, to signing me up, to helping me register everything online. And I want to thank Olivia for her help, especially with how to operate the thermostat!! I can’t say enough about the thought that went into the redesign of this building. From the beautiful grounds to the rooftop pool, to your view off your balcony everything is s just spectacular!!!

Great place to live in downtown Baton Rouge! From the attention to detail in the apartment to the residential amenities and the amazing views, my wife and I are really enjoying our decision to make Rivermark our home. The management is amazing!
