These apartments are very nice and the process to get your keys is quick and easy.. Anna Perez in the leasing office was very helpful and welcoming through the entire process. From the time I messaged them for a tour till I got my keys she was there through every step breaking everything down for me and my fiancé. I am absolutely satisfied with everything

Absolutely horrible, the smoke detector constantly goes off for no reason. I have no smoke to be found and it is annoying constantly going off. This is another incident that happened where those who work in the office stole rent money. I've had multiple "workers" steal the loan money, as of right now it hasn't happened but I really hope they do better with who they hire. The apartments are definitely beautiful if i'm going to be honest, but the amount of problems I've encountered are ridiculous. Not only were those my problems, but I had found out that I had a cockroach infestation when I moved in when I turned the lights on in the kitchen, they would scatter around. They weren't only in the kitchen, but they were EVERYWHERE. I find it gross that they were aware of it but never did anythin

Karen and the maintenance staff are truly exceptional. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to them for consistently demonstrating excellence in their roles. I have observed them frequently walking throughout the community, assisting residents and showcasing the complex. They are outstanding individuals who make significant contributions to the smooth operation of this community. I will always be grateful for their dedication. Kudos to the amazing staff members. They are indeed great people

When I moved in these apartments, I knew that I was going to love this place. The apartment is designed nicely with the perfect amount of room to live in. It’s also a very calm place with hardly any noise disturbances! I also want to give thanks to Karen for giving us the absolute best help, attentiveness, and attitude that we needed!!

STORY FROM A 7 YEAR RESIDENT: My fiancé & I moved in together in 2016 and initially everything was great under that property manager. However as years went on, the property management company changed to Pedcor Living. Shortly after that everything changed for the worse. The demographic of the tenants changed it was quite impossible to live comfortably. Neighbors would have multiple guests, loud music, and treat the parking lot like their own mechanic. We had neighbors whose dog would be off leash and attacked my dog on multiple occasions. We had an open leak in the primary bedroom closet for YEARS that was never fixed and I am certain that it caused mold because once we moved, a lot of things indicated there was mold.
