I had been a resident at Monterra Commons for two years. When I first moved in, I was impressed—the apartment was well-appointed and seemed like a great place to live. However, over time, several issues became clear that I feel prospective renters should be aware of. The rent is very high, and for that price, you’d expect more flexibility and better treatment. Instead, the property enforces an excessive number of rules that don’t align with the premium pricing. On top of that, they nickel and dime residents for a variety of charges—some of which feel unreasonable. For example, we were asked to repaint the apartment upon move-out, which is uncommon and costly. My wife Judy and I have been living here about 9 months after moving from Tampa, Florida. We feel like we’re living in a beautiful hotel with many activities to keep us busy. We’re now closer to family and the staff here has been fantastic, working with Frank has been a delight. It’s like heaven as everything is taken care of for us, it just couldn’t be any better! This resort style apartment complex is a quality lifestyle that is both safe and secure. As a resident where activities are so plentiful, I’m as busy as I choose. In addition, the amenities are well run and kept to a high standard. Many of the other residents have become a “family of friends”, which is so special and I feel lucky to live here.

I have been living in the Monterra Commons apartment complex for one year. I knew the moment I moved in I was going to enjoy this way of living. I can not give enough accolades to the staff, especially to Jessica, she helped me from day one to make it easy to get established into this way of living. The staff is always available to answer any questions and are here to make this way of living easy and also fun. The entire staff take time to make each and every social activity a fun experience.
