The Residences at Mid-Town Park

I had a great experience working with Brennan at BPG Properties. He showed me units at both the DuPont Building and The Residences at Midtown and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made everything seamless. I truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend working with him!

The increase in parking cost from $149 to $173 a month is INSANE and greedy. The parking spots are cramped and there is no security at all. Paying this much a month for parking is ridiculous. Residents should at least receive a discount, considering how much rent is already.

We met with Brennan, who greeted us and showed us the apartment options and the great amenities at The Residences at Midtown Park. Brennan was a true professional who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the application and approval process. Anytime we had a question, Brennan would promptly answer. During the move in, the management team was also very helpful. The entire process from the initial apartment showing to actual move in was flawless thanks to the staff.

DO NOT RENT AT ANY COST: They are there to cheat their residents. As a resident for 3 years, by law I am allowed to terminate my lease early for relocation. They will charge you early termination fee against the law. Not only that, even though I've lived here for 3 years, they treat you as scum and charge you for damages due to wear and tear too. I tolerated the daily noise due to construction, noisy neighbor, water bill doubling, and more, only for them to cheat their 3-year resident. Edit, response to comment: You avoid the DLTC sections you don't like, charged me over a month's rent, didn't itemize any charges, the single charge was illegally called an early termination fee. I was cheated and what you did was illegal. Unfortunately, tenants like me won't take this to court.

The apartments themselves are lovely, and the staff are friendly, but there's ongoing construction directly in front of the building. The noise from the construction is incredibly disruptive, occurring from Monday to Saturday, sometimes starting as early as 6 a.m.! It's nearly impossible to tolerate living there with such loud noise. Adding to the disturbance, some apartments face a bar with live music on the weekends, further hindering peaceful sleep. Additionally, there's the nuisance of people parking their cars in front of the entrance, blaring loud music, or engaging in loud conversations for hours when the bar closes. Regarding safety, we've seen people who do not live in midtown park gaining access to the building. On one occasion, two kids were at the gym asking for money, and ano
