The Residences at Latitude Delray Beach

Recently moved here and a homeless person came into my back patio from the pool! A few days later I observed a man leaving the pool building at 5 am with all the building lights off… HOA and management is aware and doing nothing of the matter!!! They told us that it is a public area and that they cannot control who is coming in and out. Very unprofessional as I requested the video footage for my police report of the man breaking in through the gate and the representatives of the apartment complex refuses to provide us the evidence. Extremely displeased of how the HOA and management is responding to these issues as it is for safety of myself and every other resident in the complex.

Updating my review since posting. The air conditioning was turned on in the common areas in my building just one or two days following my post. It has been kept at a very pleasant temperature since. I have been offered a parking spot and although I have to pay $50 monthly for it I would say in this case, it is worth it. It’s still surprising that a guaranteed spot does not come with renting a two bedroom here so keep that in mind when considering this property.

Six of us shared holiday lunch yesterday. We were seated at back of dining room though there were tables closer to ocean view. My chicken immediately fell out of the panini and was so thick and dry it was difficult to even cut with a knife. The cold, tasteless fries, ice tea, tax and tip were not worth $30 plus valet parking. This is strictly ocean view atmosphere. Eat before you come

Great place to live- next to the beach and downtown.
