The Residences at Landon Ridge

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and the worst part about Landon Ridge isn’t the administration or maintenance staff — it’s the people who live here. Even though dog waste bags are provided, some residents still leave it on the grass or sidewalks. People don’t respect the designated trash valet schedule; they leave their garbage outside their apartments even when there is no pickup service, simply because they can’t be bothered to walk it to the dumpsters. And speaking of dumpsters, residents continue to dump prohibited items — couches, electronics — without making the slightest effort to dispose of them properly. I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Residence at Landon Ridge. From when we first arrived the community has been well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The common areas, including the gym and pool, are always clean. The maintenance team they are professional, responsive, and always arrive on time whenever a request is submitted. Any issues are handled efficiently. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and enjoyable place to live and cozy environment.

I had a great experience moving into these apartments, and a big part of that was thanks to Nicole, my leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Even though it took a bit of time to get everything finalized, she stayed in constant communication, was always professional, and made sure I felt taken care of. Her dedication and positive attitude really made the difference. The apartment itself is beautiful clean, modern, and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Nicole truly made my experience worth it!

As multiple residents have already stated, many of the glowing 4–5 star reviews are written by staff or their associates. The true representation of this property is reflected in the lowest rated reviews by the residents here. Despite advertising itself as a “luxury” community, the reality is far from it especially since the acceptance of Section 8 tenants while others continue to pay full market rent. Safety is a major concern. The gates are consistently broken and left wide open, allowing unrestricted access for anyone to enter, loiter, break in, or cause disturbances. I’ve had a great experience living at Landon Ridge! The gym area is always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. When I had an issue with my AC, the maintenance team was quick to respond and fixed everything efficiently. Nicole and Ronnie at the front desk have been absolutely fantastic — they were so helpful and welcoming when we first moved in a year ago and have continued to be amazing ever since. Thank you to the entire Landon Ridge team for making this such a great place to live!
