The Residences at Haverhill

For me, Residences at Haverhill is a pleasant and welcoming place. The common areas are clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere feels peaceful and safe. It’s a comfortable place to live with a positive environment. While there are always minor things that could be improved, my overall experience has been very good, and I recommend it with confidence.

Not sure if them people in the office know this but even if there isn’t any units available you still have to answer the phone. If you’re open till 5 then that’s it now act like it. Definitely don’t want to move in now because clearly the staff would be useless in you’d need anything as a resident

Do not be fooled by the outside looks of this subdivision. Although it has a beautiful and modern look there are many issues with management, cleanliness and the thinness of these walls. After them removing previous property manager, Brenda, I really thought that this property would improve and that they would help the tenants that were respectful of the complex and follow the rules to feel comfortable to stay: Instead the new women have allowed numerous “scammy people” to move into this complex. Everything and every building reeks of weed. The tenants blast music so loud and the walls are pretty much paper thin. With complaints and calls to police nothing is ever done. We have lived here for a few years, my child was a newborn and now is - toddler. We’re still stuck in a small space. Inst

Back in 2018 I applied for an apartment here. I paid the application fee and was told what documents to bring in and that there was availability. I brought them all of the required documentation and noticed that it was taking them a while to tell me if I had been approved. I called and couldn’t get a response. Therefore, I went in person to see what was going on. The same leasing lady that looked me square in the face and told me they had availability told me that there were NO apartments available. She acted as if I was crazy and that she didn’t remember telling me that she had available units. My sister watched me cry like a baby because of how I was treated. I had to be moved out my previous apartment by a strict deadline and after hearing that from them just devastated me. Beautiful ap

From the application process to now going into my second year living here Brenda has been more than awesome! Great interpersonal skills, very attentive to the property and is always on top of things when I call for maintenance issues.
