The Residences at Fayetteville

I am so disgusted with this complex. I have been here a year and have seen people moving out left and right. I now understand why. The floors and kitchen have been updated but the walls need some serious work. The ENTIRE complex is infested with roaches. Not just 1 or 2 buildings, its the entire complex. They do pest control but the infestions are not controlled. I have 1 month left here and am just so relieved to be getting set free. I wouldnt recommend this place to a cat. People get fed up, move and they rent it to someone else whos gonna see whats going on and move too when they start talking to the community

If I could give this complex zero stars, I would. There is a serious roach infestation that management has failed to properly address. The problem feels ongoing and unmanageable. My child has severe asthma and has been getting very sick lately, and I couldn’t figure out the cause at first. I later learned that roaches and other insects can trigger asthma flare-ups, which explains why her health has been getting worse. This situation is unacceptable, especially when it’s affecting my child’s well-being. No family should have to live in these conditions. I truly hope my review can help protect another family or prevent another child from going through this. Health inspector is needed in this situation!!

Officially moving out after living here for the past year and a half. First time reading the reviews and don’t have to add much. There is a serious roach problem in this entire complex that has seemingly been ongoing for years. No amount of cleanliness or preventative measures will make any difference. I also had to throw away all of my belonging apart from clothing prior to my move. Had discovered roaches were living inside my electronics, gaming console, televisions, etc. I wasn’t going to risk bringing them along to my new home and prolonging the nightmare this place has caused me.

Great place to live, quiet community, great office and maintenance staff. Only thing I would like to see for the community would be an upgraded to the dog park and more stuff for the children to partake in so they stay out of trouble.

The interaction with the staff was quite pleasant—they were always there to help with a friendly attitude that made the process feel easy and welcoming. My apartment seems quite comfortable given the budget; it meets my needs well without compromising on basic comforts. Overall, it’s been a positive experience.
