So the living experience here is pretty good, theirs a loud train but overall good neighbors and good area. Pizza and donut shop on the corner which are very friendly and decent food. That being said the new management company is a plague on humanity. They got rid of my auto pay without notice and proceeded to charge me a late fee of 120ish$. The point of contact Ebony does not know what they are doing as they have a hard time understanding simple things. It shows that she has not been properly shown how to do any estate management or anything of the like. The management company before them were wonderful and I had 0 problems before this company took over. The company does not have anything computerized (expect rent) so everything must be done in person not matter what they tell you. T
