The apartments themselves are modern, attractive, and energy-efficient, and the MARC train across the street is a major plus for commuters who rely on public transportation. Unfortunately, poor management and inadequate upkeep undermine what could otherwise be a great place to live. The common areas were also poorly maintained. Pet waste was often left in hallways, the package room was consistently disorganized, and frequent fire alarm testing made working from home difficult. Pool rules were never enforced, resulting in overcrowding every weekend. Security was another concern: multiple cars had their tires stolen in the paid parking garage, and management’s response was simply to park an empty patrol car outside at night. While management was generally friendly, they were rarely helpful.

I have lived here for almost a full year. The apartments have good space, nice appliances, amazing countertops. The leasing office is quick to help you with any issues or concerns. There are events all month long for the community, like karaoke, game nights, book club, etc. The location is pretty great, mostly quiet. If you're in the market for a quality apartment, definitely reach out Ms.J (or any of the other office staff, they are all very friendly) will do her best to make it feel like home.

Lived here for 2 years. Great area with a very comfortable community. However docked some stars since the former boss lady Danielle Macklin decided that a pre-existing problem with a bedroom blind was worth my $2000 deposit which I never received. The current leaders of the office are far superior and Jasmine was really the only reason why I would recommend this place.

I have lived here for 5 years and LOVE it! Jasimon is amazing beyond words. So knowledgeable in her field, extremely friendly, makes every resident feel like family, compassionate and accommodating. Christopher is always smiling, happy, and energetic. The cleaning crew is fabulous! Every inch of this building looks and smells good. Truly hard workers. The maintenance crew is also reliable and fast to respond to requests! We have a huge pool, large gym, very cozy theater room, and a wonderful management team that throws themed community parties a couple times a year. I can't imagine living anywhere else that makes me feel this comfortable and truly like home.

Great place to live, close to important things, commuter destinations. High quality apartments. Also, it may be luck of the draw, but my apartment is very quiet and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this level of quiet. Staff are very nice, and host a lot of interesting events and get togethers. There’s a pool, gym, indoor parking, stuff for your dogs, and some walkable spaces nearby. It takes me about 3 minutes to get onto the highway, eastbound, from the top of the garage, around 9 in total to get to the gate at Ft Meade, and about 10 minutes to get to Jessup or also Columbia. Also, around 20 to get to Baltimore.Highly recommend.
