Jolisa in the front office is the bomb!! She is super helpful and got me set up right away for a tour. My application was easy to get done with her. The property is well kept with great amenities. Thank you for your help!

I cannot say much about management, I haven’t had a problem so far but, the maintenance crew, Zane and Peter are OUTSTANDING, they’re personable, kind, quick, and communicate better than anyone else I’ve ever communicated with on the property. We have had three big leaks and have been here for four years, they have by far been the quickest, friendliest, and most helpful out of all the maintenance men I’ve dealt with here. They deserve raises for how hard they work in this heat. Over all I just loved the honest communication and the reality of what it takes to fix something, and have checked in on our apartment every day since. Thank you guys so much for all you do around here!

Prior to moving in the people running the office and doing leasing were awesome. Without any notice they were gone with a new lady working in the office who is not personable, friendly or professional. The office stays closed with a number to call, which no one answers or calls back. My building and my apartment which is upstairs has the roof/gutters hanging from the building to where we can't even use our balcony and there are exposed nails and rotten wood. I highly recommend no one move here until management makes quick change

I moved out after my (now ex) wife and I separated. I moved out, got my own place, signed a lease in my new place. The old lease with her ended, then THEY USED MY FINANCIALS AND MY NAME on a NEW lease I did not agree to, because she did not qualify to stay without me. Now I have a collection on my credit for a lease I never signed and Financials I never agreed to. They also charged for items they were not supposed to for "cleaning" violating their own policies. Avoid this place if you do t want to risk fraud, even after you give a notice you are leaving, in writing like they ask.

Rent is way too high for what we are dealing with. Kids can't play on the playground, not allowed to play in the breezeway and we can't use the pool. My gutter/part of my roof is rotting and falling. We cant even sit on our balcony because of it. The vinyl that's falling with it is pulling the light fixture and wires from the wall which seems like a fire hazard to me. I out in a work order about this a month ago. They wanted us to do a "community clean up day" where they provide paint and pressure washers to clean the outsides of the apartments and paint the balconies ... what is a maintenance man for??? Seriously doubt I will be staying after my lease is up unless things change.
