The Reserve

I have been really enjoying my stay at the Reserve! Chris has been outstanding! He is professional, respectful, and genuinely caring! He consistently goes out of his way to help residents with whatever they need. He clearly loves what he does and he's good at it. His kindness and dedication make a huge difference in this community! Highly recommend...

The Reserve is a beautiful building, very well kept and Gustavo and Melvin have always been very helpful with maintenance. I really enjoy the amenity spaces especially the pool table in the lounge and the golf simulator in the basement. I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve been living at The Reserve for a few months now and I only have good things to say. The property manager, Wesley, is great. The buildings furnishings are beautiful-high end and very clean. The rooftop is a relaxing place to hang out. There is a great, clean gym, with a lot of equipment. No need for a gym membership! There’s even a really nice spa with a massage chair and sauna, a great place to decompress after a long week. When I have friends over, we play in the golf simulator, which is a cool feature for the building to have. The cherry on top is that the rooms for rent are at a great price! 5 stars for sure!!

The building is beautiful with plenty of wonderful amenities. The front desk was always so helpful and easily got me moved in. It is consistently clean and tidy. The amenities are so great. Golf Sim, hydro massage, sauna, gym, terraces, cold brew, and many more. Would highly recommend.

Applied with this building with a leasing agent by the name of Noah who clearly stated that they have flexibility with certain applicants when they’re denied for credit or income. I then spoke with the property manager who failed to take accountability when the leasing agent “misspoke” or told the secret of how they violate fair housing rules for prospects of a certain skin color. I’m definitely going to report them to the FHA. Hope the call was recorded. Also several people on Facebook are posting the rooms trying to sublease them but Noah stated they don’t allow subleases. Something is very weird about this but oh well. We shall see.
