Building my home with Paytas Homes has been a frustrating experience from the very beginning. The problems started when they didn’t update my floor plan according to what was written in our contract. From there, things only got worse. They ended up having to tear out and replace all of the flooring in my home, and then had to redo two of the showers because they weren’t built correctly the first time. Communication has been one of the biggest challenges. It’s often taken weeks to get answers, and only after I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails. I’ve been working directly with their executive team trying to get issues resolved, but it’s been a long, ongoing process.
